Our approach to designing is like everything we do...extremely thorough!

Before we begin the design process, we instruct you on how to collect as much information about floor plans, elevations, and products. We have all the household members create a detailed wish list. An inventory list is made of all the furniture pieces you wish to keep.

Once all the initial fact gathering is completed, we evaluate all this information and discuss what the possiblities are within your budget. It is important to set a realistic budget from the beginning as this can affect the direction the design process takes.

As we are designing the floor plans, we place furniture in all the rooms to make sure each room works the way you want it to. This ensures that light switches and outlets are placed where needed.

Our computer software allows you to see how each room will look from different angles. Changes are a snap!

Elevations are generated from floorplans allowing you to visualize different design scenarios.

A comprehensive construction proposal is part of every design. This detailed report lists labor functions and actual products. You will know exactly what every item will cost!
