This home combines the elegance of classical style with contemporary touches that make this home very dynamic. Every where you look, there is an interesting feature.

The space above the garage is a large guest suite with a private bath. The sitting area has French doors that lead to a balcony that overlooks the family room.

By bumping out the entry and making it cathedral, you feel as though this home is much larger than 2650 SF. The open dining room adds to the width of the entry.

We eliminated the living room to create a large great room. A stone fireplace adds a touch of luxury to the great room

By placing the laundry room on the second floor we were able to dedicate more space to the kitchen and breakfast nook

We took advantage of the sloping lot by designing a lower level walkout. The full bathroom and large media/playroom gives the kids a place to hangout!
For mom and dad, we used the space over the garage. The cathedral ceiling gives this room a grand feeling. The views are great and the room is away from everything!
